Due to COVID-19, we are practicing new extra safety measures so our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.

*Orders shipped within Australia from our partner facility are estimated to be fulfilled in 1-3 business days.

1. Are there any shipping delays? (Updated July 22, 2020)

Custom Your Ink : Yes. As of June 15, here are the approximate delays you can expect in addition to the estimated delivery times.
US to US → 5 additional bus. days
US to Canada → 7 additional bus. days
US to Europe, Australia, New Zealand → 10 additional bus. days
US to Worldwide → 15 additional bus. days

EU to US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand → 25 additional bus. days
EU to Germany, the UK → 9 additional bus. days
EU (Riga) to Spain → 16 additional bus. days
EU (Barcelona) to Spain → no delays
EU to Austria, France, Italy → 12 additional bus. days
EU to The rest of EUR → 20 additional bus. days
EU to Worldwide → 30 additional bus. days

Because of delays, we're routing US, Canadian, and Australian orders to Europe only when it's a product that we can't fulfill in the US or Mexico.

In Latvia, airlines are easing restrictions on flights, which means we'll be able to ship orders out more frequently. Right now, there are flights going out to Vilnius, Tallinn, Oslo, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Helsinki, and Munich.

We're disabling Express and Overnight shipping methods for domestic and international orders from the US as our carriers can't guarantee fast delivery.

We're in touch with our carriers and they'll notify us of any more disruptions. We also recommend you follow your local news for any regional disruptions.

2. Are there any countries Custom Your Ink don't ship to because of COVID-19? (Updated July 22, 2020)

Rep. Of Congo, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Fiji, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Gambia, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Jamaica, Kiribati, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi,  Mauritania, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, New Caledonia, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Peru, Rep. 3. What is Custom Your Ink doing to keep fulfillment teams safe?

Custom Your Ink : Here's what we're doing to keep fulfillment teams safe:

      • We're staggering shifts and maintaining a 6-foot distance between each station. We set up partitions at tables in our break rooms.
      • Distributing PPE such as safety masks and gloves to all employees.
      • In Charlotte, we set up an on-site wellness clinic with health consultations available 24/7 over the phone.

We are committed to keeping our teams safe and we'll continue to follow guidelines from the CDC, WHO, US Department of State, and local governments and health agencies.

4. Is it safe to receive packages from areas where COVID-19 has been reported?

Custom Your Ink : Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.

This is what the World Health Organization recommends.
