SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Custom Your Ink offers international shipping across the world. Learn more about our Shipping Information and see which contries we ship / don’t ship to.


Unfortunately at this time, we don’t ship to P.O boxes or APO / FPO addresses. Learn more about our Shipping here, via FAQs page.


We also encourage our customers to fill out the order information form, check it twice carefully before submitting and placing their orders. In some cases, we are not liable for lost items caused by your mistakes. However, your order is held for 2 hours after it is placed to allow for any necessary changes to billing/shipping addresses or item sizes and colors so you can submit a change request by contacting us via email support@customurink.com or having a chat with our live chat agents. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

It takes 2-7 business days to create apparel products and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products from the time you placed your order until it ships.


All orders are processed within 2-14 days depending on your location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


However, our goal is sending your order as fast as possible, in the quickest way, we partner with the global carriers, such as DHL, FedEx, USPS or DPD to give you the best shipping experience. Learn more about our shipping speeds via Shipping Info page.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We also provide you a shipping rates chart, via Shipping Info page. Of course, those are just our flat and standard shipping rates that are calculated based on the average shipping cost for each product category. Those shipping rates are just for reference only. In reality, we apply a live shipping rate that will be calculated exactly by your shipping destination, shipping method and carrier pricing, and displayed at checkout automatically. In most of cases, these shipment costs are lower than our flat rates.


Shipping fee also depends on shipping method you picked.


Depending on your location, you might have to pay customs fees. These fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits etc.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Be sure to check your email (ex: inbox, spam etc.) The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Custom Your Ink is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

Custom Your Ink is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping caused by your mistakes. If you received your order damaged, please contact us via our Contact Us page or have a chat with our live chat agents to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
